What Do The T&Cs Cover?

1. The details of your membership and the materials you provide your members;
2. Ablity to sell your membership in subscription packages with either a fixed term i.e. 12 months, or ongoing until your member terminates;
3. Ability to change the delivery methods or dates if needed;
4. Your right to subcontract out any part of the membership delivery;
5. Requirements for your members to register to access the membership;
6. Restrictions around what your members can do with the membership materials and Website;
7. Ability to take fees periodically over the course of the membership;
8. Refund policy;
9. Requirement for members to keep your content confidential;
10. Protection of your intellectual property;
11. Content standards for any member contribution to the group;
12. Restriction around competitors joining the membership and using your group and materials;
13. Legal disclaimers;
14. Limit on your liability (how much you can be sued for); and
15. Termination and cancellation
